He worked his way up, gaining valuable experience and insights into the business. However, he also witnessed the negative impact of the “Large Company Mentality” on employee attitudes and dedication to customer service.
Recognizing the importance of providing exceptional customer service with kindness, patience, and personal attention, John’s passion led to the establishment of a family-owned and operated moving company, A Safeway Moving & Storage.
